The front desk team provided support and services throughout my stay that made me feel like a VIP. They helped us with transport, tours and dining reservations offering great recommendations. "Das ehemalige Zing Hotel heißt jetzt Aurea Delight Hotel. Die Zimmer wurden alle renoviert und haben tolle Wandfarbe. Die Badezimmer sind noch die selben und auch der Kasten (auch wenn die Türe ausgebaut wurde). Genügend Steckdosen vorhanden! Betten sind wunderbar. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert ausgezeichnet und bläst nicht zum Bett. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter bei der Rezeption, Zimmerpersonal und beim Frühstück. "The hotel seem to have an attitude that puts the guests in a strange subservient position. Not allowed to use the lift from the ground floor, have to use the quite dangerous stairs to the first floor lobby and then allowed to use the lift. When challenged on this they said it was for security despite there being a security man at the ground floor lift entrance 24/7. When I tried to discuss this further (calmly and quietly) I was totally ignored and the reception staff turned away and stopped...
