"Tao is a great small boutique hotel (11 rooms) with the best location along the riverside. The Penthouse suite was a wonderful room with fabulous views from its balcony. The front desk team provided support and services throughout my stay that made me feel like a VIP. They helped us with transport, tours and dining reservations offering great recommendations. "The breakfast was our favorite part. Freshly-baked croissants brought table side was such a nice touch—and the croissants are fantastic.
Rooms are nicely appointed and definitely better than what you may find for Hyatt properties in the US. The rooftop bar had great views of the Tonle Sap meeting the Mekong, the Royal Palace grounds, riverside activity.
Walk Street is a couple of blocks away. TikTok’s and transportation are easy to come by with Grab.
