The hotel was very well maintained and clean. All staff were extremely professional and friendly. Breakfast gave a wide variety of options. Our only disappointment was room service on our first day. Waited an hour for it to arrive, called them..apparently they forgot our order. When it did arrive 30mins later, the meal was no longer hot.

We loved this hotel! The room was lovely with a great view of the city. The food of the restaurant was delicious! The spa was super nice! The pool is a bit small but we couldn't even swim because it was raining. Still a beautiful view! Public transportation very close

I recently stayed at Eleven Hotel and overall had a pleasant experience, thanks largely to the exceptional staff. From check-in to check-out, every request I made was handled promptly and with genuine hospitality. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job, keeping the room spotless and ensuring towels were replaced daily without any need to ask. The location is both a plus and a potential drawback, depending on your preferences. It’s right in the heart of Bangkok’s nightlife scene, which makes it convenient for those wanting to explore the city’s party side. However, for anyone seeking a quieter environment or a more discreet entry point, the alleyway entrance and the noise-prone surroundings might be a downside. That said, the hotel is fairly upfront about its location when booking, so no surprises there. Unfortunately, one issue that did impact my overall impression was during breakfast: I noticed bugs crawling on a table, which was concerning and definitely detracted from what was otherwise a solid stay. Cleanliness in dining areas is a non-negotiable for me, so this was disappointing.
