"I booked an executive room and ended up regretting for the cleanness. Cutting need to be replaced ( smell really bad), I was overcharged for the mini bar that I didn’t even touch. Staff was rushing me out at the check in. Valley parking prices should be posted online."

"The AC would make a noise like it was going to explode every 2 minutes. We were on the 7th floor and you could hear it outside in the parking lot. The only thing I truly didn't like was that I requested a placard to hang on my door, because I don't like anyone coming into my room during my stay. So I always request 2 beds.
