"First the pro - the idea of this resort, individual villas, is good. Now the cons: - The staff had no idea that I was arriving. "We went there with a dog, because that place is pet friendly. The staff was really kind. The room was clean and the bed was conformable. The breakfast was coffee, tea, and toast wit butter and jam but they offered organic salat. The view was also nice and the sunrise was amazing from there. "

Nice clean budget hotel

"My wife and I live in the province, but about 30-35 kilometers from the city, so occasionally we like to come to town and stay overnight. The B2 is a nice low-budget option that we have used twice. The rooms are very clean and fairly spacious for the price. On our first visit, we had trouble getting the cable TV to operate, but in a different room on the next stay there was no problem. Getting the temperature adjusted in the shower proved slightly tricky, but that was a minor inconvenience. I am allergic to cats, and there are a couple on the premises I needed to shoo away a couple of times, and the entrance to the parking lot is also slightly challenging, but I'd still rate the stay about 8 out of 10 or higher because of the low price."

"This is a very clean and comfortable place to stay in Phayao. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would strongly recommend this place. My room had a view of the famous swamp (nicer than it sounds!) It's nice to stroll around the swamp perimeter around sunset in the vicinity of the hotel."
