Very nice place to stay … clean, well maintained, great pool. The only drawback, which is a small thing, was that free drinking water was not provided. Water was 15 baht for a small bottle.

Could not fault room in any wày. Breakfast was a bit confused. We were automatically brought a western style breakfast, not being aware that we had a choice or being shown a menu. We subsequently saw that Thai people were brought a Thai style breakfast, which we would have.preferred.

A hotel with much potential.

A newly opened hotel and designed quite well. Bearing in mind that Phayao doesn't get the volume of overseas travelers as Chiangmai don't expect total perfection. I was pleased with the room for a one night stay. A nice sized bright room with very comfortable bed, nice small balcony and nice walk in shower. The surprising thing was the huge flat screen TV but unfortunately no international channels. Also unusual was a kettle in the room but no coffee and creamer, only two tea bags.

Clean but Soulless

The hotel seems to be very new and the lack of decoration and furniture leave the hotel feeling cold (not in temperature) You have to put down 100 Baht for the room key as a deposit which I thought was strange. In the room there is a small balcony but there isn't any outside seats to sit on. Breakfast was included but that was a bit strange as well. Only two choices, Thai Rice Porridge or American Breakfast. My husband wanted the Porridge but was told he couldn't have it. Finally after asking another lady we were successful. The American Breakfast was very poor.
