"The club king-room and the club twin room are in good sizes, not big enough but not too small. The staffs at club lounge have good service-minded. We have arrived so late around 9 pm. at the hotel on the check-in day and we have requested for the late check-out at 3 pm. on the check-out day because we have the reservation for dinner at 4 pm., but the staff cannot give us this offer, she just allowed us to check-out at 2 pm that is quite strictly time for us although you booked the club rooms...

"it was brilliant experiences. breakfast was far better than we thought. room was clean , a bit small but still good for design and function. the only problem is there was still noise from other rooms while we were sleeping."

"This hotel is in a great location. It is close to trains, buses, ferries and the central area. There are a lot of walkable areas with shops and restaurants and markets to explore. The hotel itself is small but has restaurants and a bar. I did eat breakfast there one morning and it was good. I would say the staff are not too friendly and semi helpful if you ask them questions about the area. The room was very clean and although smallish it had everything you needed. "The hotel lobby is on the 19th floor, with the rooms located even higher. The only minor quirk is the access: you must first walk through a mall on the 3rd floor and then take a separate elevator to the 19th. Other than that, everything was excellent.
