Lovely friendly staff and a beautiful modern hotel in a great location. The room was so lovely and well equipped that we felt so comfortable and we really enjoyed staying here. The cleaners were also very lovely and provided excellent room cleaning services. Best hotel stay we experienced on our trip.

5 stars - The staff were wonderful! Very respectful and kind. Food at the restaurant was excellent. Maybe the best included breakfast I’ve had. Hotel is in a great location for activities. I got the Japanese style room and it was clean and beautiful. Highly recommend would stay here again!

Excellent for a short trip!

Nice place for a short trip! We cozy Japanese style hotel. However, not much physical space for luggage / storage if you are there for a long stay. Very good location

Great location - very close to Wan Chai MTR and also the bus stop of one of the AirPort Express bus (A11). Walkable to causeway bay. very nice bar on the top floor - good ambience, interesting cocktail menu. Gym - nice views across harbour from the machines, towels and water available, clean, wasn't busy when we used it. Room - chose the tatami style room, had enough room for our luggage, spacious bathroom, Japanese toilet, tea and coffee available. great views from our floor. Floor to ceiling windows. Malin & Goetz products. Friendly and welcoming staff, we had a welcome drink at the downstairs bar.

Nice design

This is a very attractive hotel in a convenient location. I spent a little extra for a room with a view and it was completely worth it! From my corner room on an upper floor I could see from the harbor to the hills. My friend had a more basic room with not much view but still nice. The rooms are beautifully designed with sliding doors, automatic shades, rain shower, and nice built-ins. My only complaint is the lack of outlets by beds. The staff were helpful on several fronts. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was comfortable and clean. The staff with friendly and professional. They went out of their way to help provide an early check in since I arrived at 7:00am and was able to provide a room within 1-2 hours while I had breakfast and waited. It was greatly appreciated!

Very nice staff

The room is small but very comfortable! I also love the view. I needed medical care at some point and the staffs were very helpful and nice to me! I highly recommended this hotel!

Very nice room for solo traveler. Clean/ Japanese style room. I don't think I would've liked it as much if I had to share the space with someone else as there was really only enough room for one suitcase (when opened up). The gym has a nice view. I forget the name of the girls who work the first floor elevators but they were really pleasant and nice. I was greeted with a smile whenever I came down the elevator and came back to the hotel. If I travel alone again, I'd def come back and stay here.
