"Hotel and room were great! Staff was friendly and breakfast was amazing. It was in walking distance to the Christmas markets, shops and sightseeing. Salzburg was wonderful. "

Upon initial check in the gentlemen was not to pleasant and to be honest a bit rude, when I questioned him about staying an additional night, sure wish I got his name. On the flip side the next morning, there was another staff member (Sissi) which was extremely helpful on establishing a reservation for an additional night. There was another staff member (Irma) who also assisted. These 2 ladies deserve some type of recognition that each front desk employee should hold themselves to their standards of customer service and politeness. "
