The room was clean, and breakfast was good. It was close to the train and a five-8 minute walk to Mirabell Palace. I didn't see the staff except when I checked in and out.

Our room was clean & comfortable. The only slight problem was the pillows were too soft. The hotel is just minutes on foot from the main railway station & there is also a bus stop right outside so it’s in a super location. Definitely a nice place to stay whilst in Salzburg!

Great hotel in very good location. Th room was remodeled and was functional. Very close to the train station. They provide you with free transport card so it’s very easy to explore the city. It is a walking distance to the old city but buses are very convenient if tired to walk back. We had coffee, tea and kettle in the room. Didn’t try the breakfast. The hotel has elevator.

This hotel is a bit far from old town to walk all the time if you plan to do a lot of things there, but catching the bus was great. The 22 picks up closest. The a/c was on the weak side, but for the price I'm glad I got any a/c.

The hotel was great and most of the staff were friendly and helpful with the exception of the young woman who checked me in and offered no useful information. The room itself was lovely, quiet, and clean. I regretted pre-paying for the breakfast as the food is not great and lacks an espresso maker, a staple in nearly every other hotel in Europe. I skipped it on my subsequent mornings in search of better food nearby.
