I’m a hotel snob and this is one of the most beautiful and best hotels I’ve ever been to. I cannot recommend the German Alps enough, and this is the place to be. Heaven.

Everything is good except the room temperature is uncomfortable at night. It is in August. No air condition . We don’t feel comfortable to leave the windows open at night. Also the front desk staffs could be more helpful.

We cannot say enough good things about our stay. The bed was THE best bed we’ve slept in ; in a hotel. The food was delicious, the staff super friendly and courteous. The grounds were just beautiful and I loved all the festive Christmas touches everywhere. I was in heaven. The location cannot be beat, just beautiful! We highly recommend it!
