The staff was very helpful and the room was very nice and clean. We loved the roof top bar and even got complimentary drinks. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options. The hotel was very close to the train station and also near a bus stop making it convenient to get around.

Pros: - Clean room - Good toilet - Nice Size Room - 15 min solid walk to old town so good location and next to train station Cons: - I was on 7th floor and WiFi and signal up there was not good at all unfortunately - shower was ok but not a power shower head - mattress bit firm for me

Nice roof bar, rooms decent size very convenient for the train station and a nice touch giving us travel cards for our stay. Only real criticism but this may be down to Expedia the room was supposed to have a city view but our room looked out towards the edge of town/airport direction. Also I had to ask for our gold member free drink voucher, otherwise it wasn’t offered. But on the whole a very nice stay

Great hotel and even a greater location. Staff was helpful in answering all our questions. We were given complementary city transportation pass during our stay and it made our experience in exploring the beautiful city even better. Only comment is for the limited privacy curtain for showers, which maybe bit inconvenient when staying with family. Overall, very happy with the stay and overall experience. Would definitely recommend.

The location of this hotel is excellent. We found the main bed to be comfortable, but the pull out bed was not. The room was clean, but housekeeping could be better…they didn’t refill toilet paper, empty soap dispensers, or take away and replace dirty cups. The front desk attendants were friendly and helpful. Although the train station is right next door, we heard absolutely no noise whatsoever. We would definitely stay here again.

It's conveniently located near the station. The staff were kind and patiently answered my questions without showing any annoyance. The front desk staff created a pleasant atmosphere. Breakfast was served on a high floor with a great view, and there was a wide variety of options, including plenty of fresh vegetables and cheese.

Pros: has enough dedicated parking, convenient location, good panoramic view on higher floors, rooftop bar has good view of the city and mountains, front desk and bar staff are friendly and tried to be helpful Cons: the room initially provided to us was not clean, the second room has door issue that makes it hard to lock, towel seems like they can use some updating.
