"Amazing two days with the grandsons , hotel was 5 star … staff were very friendly and accommodating, sorry didn’t get any names but every single one of them couldn’t do enough for you , the pool was amazing , the boys loved it and for most of the time we had the pool to ourselves, the beach was fantastic, spent hours on there , food was great, we will definitely return. Thank you to everyone for all your hard work in making a great two day break for us. "

"I liked the simplicity of the decor, there were no dust traps and no chemical odours disguising smells. Although the proximity of the restaurants and spa were close by there was no evidence of cooking smells or noise, I really did enjoy my stay, the staff everywhere went that extra mile, They were amazing."

"Lovely hotel, great facilities and nice surroundings. We tried Bennett’s restaurant for our evening meal, the food was very disappointing. The breakfast was nice however. Prices were reasonable. Our room was lovely and in good condition but too warm with no aircon. The gym and pool were excellent. "
"The staff were amazing!!! So lovely. Charlotte checked us in and because it was our 1st time in Liverpool got us a room that had a view of Liverpool which made us feel really speacial. The chap that greeted us at the door was lovely, the waiters in the bar were lovely! We are already planning our next stay!!!!"
"Stared well but on the hottest day of the year the ac in the room was broken and the ceiling was stained i tried to use the pool to relax but there was an aqua aerobics class 😣 spoke to Mary on reception who was very kind and as they couldn’t fix the ac and my disappointment re the poo they moved me to a better room excellent customer service
