"The room was small but nicely organized and clean. The free shuttle between the airport and the hotel was on time and feet nice. Also their free breakfast buffet with various selection gets a high point!"

"Everyone was helpful and nice. Property was close to Disneyland and DisneySea. Breakfast was good, but some items were not warm enough like poached eggs with waffle and hamburger with bun. Breakfast lacked berries and nuts. Scrambled eggs were a bit runny instead of more firmly cooked. I loved the curry and steamed rice. I loved the fresh orange juice and berry smoothie. I enjoyed the boiled chicken and salad at the salad bar. I loved the croissants and curry buns. Laundry doesn't dry very well, so put the maximum time allowed. Laundry machines were easy to operate. I loved the lounge bar with treats and drinks. "

"Check-in was well-organized and impressively fast, with staff who were polite and attentive throughout. As an airport hotel, it serves its primary purpose excellently — providing convenient and stress-free access to early departures from Narita Airport. The free shuttle service to the airport is a particularly practical and appreciated amenity. The room was clean and perfectly adequate for the purpose, though expectations should be calibrated accordingly for an airport property of this nature. Overall, a functional and reliable choice for travelers with early flights out of Narita."

"Rooms were cleaned everyday, but they did have room for improvement like fixing some scuffs in the walls of our room. Airport shuttle was a bit weird since you had to book a reservation for the shuttle through their website but overall it was pretty good. Staff were super helpful and friendly, gave recommendations for local spots to visit and enjoy, spoke English very well and were able to accommodate if asked. The breakfast buffet has a good variety of options, though it can be a bit expensive if your booking doesn’t have the buffet included. Overall, it was a good place to rest, eat, and it’s located in the middle of a lot of shopping centers, temples and near the train stations."
