"I love how there is a washer and dryer, stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker (isn't that cleaned. Tried running water through multiple times and coffee grind was still coming out, so I end up just boiling water). I prefer more mirrors. Theres only one mirror in the bathroom. I love how the toilet keeps my buns warm. Love how theres an outside balcony. I had my personal vehicle and I didnt like how the sprinklers was goin on my vehicle, it left light blue spots on my black vehicle. We also found underwear thats not ours behind the drawer and a knife under the bed."

"We had a beautiful time at that hotel and the property was wonderful. It was too bad the hurricane had to spoil our trip to Kauai but it just made her stay at Waikoloa 2 days longer so we had a great time"

"My husband was unexpectedly unable to join me on the trip. But my cousin came along instead. When I explained what happened, they helpfully changed my king room to a double queen. This is my second trip to the Fairmont Orchid. The beach and pool are lovely. The food is fabulous. The grounds are immaculate. The outdoor spa can't be beat with the sound of the running water. I had picked the Orchid originally because I wanted a place my husband would enjoy while I was off scuba diving. With my cousin with me (who also dives), I sometimes wished we were closer to the harbor. But, the Orchid really can't be beat for a beautiful spot to enjoy (and it is close to some of the lovely state beaches to the north -- not that you need to go to them given the lovely cove with drinks service!!) Oh! And if you happen to be there on a "talk story" weekend at the nearby Eva Parker Woods Cottage, you should go!"

"It was an amazing stay, the beach, the restaurants and the amenities they were all beyond expectations. The only downside is the high fee for the shaded beach beds which I was not expecting an additional charge especially after paying such a high room rate."

"Staff were very friendly from the moment you walk into their office to check in. Rooms were clean and met our needs. I didnt know the gameroom could be reserved and their was a birthday party the day we tried to use it but its ok we still used the pool and now know in advance we can book a reservation for it. Mahalo"
