"The room was very nice and clean but you have to have a room key to access the elevators which is disappointing. We went down to breakfast at 8am, having left our belongings in the room to go back up to the maid cleaning our room for us to leave. We had to grab our stuff and rush out, hoping we didn’t forget anything. When we had arrived, the worker told us we could access all amenities even after checkout which isn’t true since you can’t use the elevator without the key. The pictures showed a balcony view of the store but we had the roof of the restaurant as our view so we saw nothing cool. It was incredibly disappointing. Absolutely DO NOT eat at the restaurants here unless you are a vegan yankee. The food is not for us people from the south. All wheat crap, no flavor, beyond expensive and genuinely ~ awful. We spent $200 at the rooftop restaurant for some of the worst food ever. Whalburgers for breakfast was the nastiest, healthiest tasting food ever. I don’t mind healthy alternatives but I don’t want my food to taste like grass. The room itself was super nice. The fireplace is a fake fireplace and does not heat up AT ALL. The air in our room didn’t work at all. The fire pits outside didn’t work. The beds were comfy and the bathroom is nice. Otherwise, there’s no way it was worth $350 a night. I was thoroughly disappointed. "

"Our door in our room had a 1/4 inch gap in it! Light shone through and it did NOT feel safe. Other wise it was great. I loved the sheets and would like to know the brand!!!"

"The hotel is very nice but the restaurant was closed just the hotel bar food which was great and staff was great but not a full meal like we expected. The bad part was the area. We had a homeless guy wonder in half dressed while we were at the bar police came but still he just walked right in no security at the outside doors. Then we could not sleep for the drunk homeless guy on the bench outside our window screaming F bombs at anyone and no one and we were on the 4th floor. Its a great hotel but because of the surroundings we will not be staying there again. "

"Front desk staff (including security and valet) were outstanding. Cleaning staff seemed not as friendly during the free times I saw them. No saying hello, or evening returning the greeting, on the phone, or just not as customer-aware as the front desk staff. Also appreciated that air and heat worked in the room. Only negative regarding the room is the lack of ice dispensers. Overall, a great stay and I will definitely consider this one of my first choices in the future. Great job to the front desk/security/valet staff - I appreciate you all. Finally -- no one was at the front desk when I checked out (approx 02:45) - so I had to leave my keycard on top of the laptop at the front desk. Just a FYI."
