"Our room 326 was clean we have been always staying here when we visit our family in Gurnee..we come to this hotel 3-5 times a year"

"The housekeeping was lacking, the room was barely cleaned, the bed sheets were never changed, I had to ask for new soap everyday. I’ve stayed at this hotel many times before, this was the first time that I’ve had this experience."

"Everything was great"

"The breakfast was never available when it was supposed to be. Even though I was always one of the first in line to get the meal the food was often barely warm. I discovered that some employees were rolling out the hot food and leaving it unattended for more than five minutes before placing it in the warmer. The room had some cleanliness issues as well as not properly supplied"

"Only problem was breakfast. Not good. Expect that quality at cheaper hotel. Restaurant (Elly’s) 1 block away. Also have bagels, yogurt if you prefer."

"Clean and comfortable"

"Altogether a very pleasant stay with plenty of shopping nearby in Downtown Libertyville as well as Vernon Hills, Also one of the best forest preserves in the area within walking distance of the hotel. Friendly staff and a very clean room."

"I LOVED THE SOAP"
