Roach in room, bedding had cigarette burn hole and bleached stains. Shower had previous guests hair on walls and in the corner of the shower entrance, not one or two strands but many. Coffee area had dirty trays, seems like they need to hire a better cleaning staff.

Nice stay, I enjoyed the bridge riverview from my room, but when I started wiping everything down it wasnt as clean as it appeared. A lot of dust and dirt on the light switches and surfaces.
