"What an experience here at the double tree in mount laurel NJ smh. DoubleTree by Hilton From first glance it’s a beautiful hotel but it seems that service isn’t a priority because during our stay here this weekend it has been 92 degrees and the humidity is high as well. We have requested assistance for them to service the air conditioning because it’s NOT working, the person came last night and reset it and it still didn’t work so he gave us a fan, so basically blowing heat around smh. Requested help today, someone came and did the same thing as the other guy and it still doesn’t work. It’s been 78 degrees in this room since we’ve been here smh. It’s really ridiculous and to make things worse we have three little kids with us. It’s way too hot outside for this to be an issue that is not prioritized for paying customers, especially because the room is NOT cheap. We have also requested after speaking to the Manager to be moved to a different room and were told we would be moved in 2 hours which was followed by a call from Front Desk saying they can't move us and would have someone up to the room to fix the AC in 30 minutes. No one showed smh we are in town for a funeral so it's already been a tough weekend. Honestly didn't expect this kind of service."

"The villa was spacious and very comfortable. Loved that the kitchen was well stocked the refrigerator was large and very clean. The bathrooms were clean overall with lots of fresh towels. Loved that there was a TV in every room. Only down sides were the windows only opened a few inches which prevented us from fully allowing the fresh air in and the people above us were very heavy footed late at night. Overall, the price point was excellent for the amount of space and the amenities onsite. Would definitely stay there again."
