"I had to keep loading the internet because it kept going out. Breakfast was ok. It just ended too early and the dining room was cold. They don't allow you to take your food up to your room. So I had to eat in a cold dining room with a lady and her dog! I'm guessing it was an emotional support dog or something because they didn't say anything about her bringing it in the dining room with her. I was told that there are no animals on the 3rd floor when I asked for a room on the 4th floor. Somehow, I heard barking throughout the day and evening coming from the lady's dog with whom I had breakfast who were also on the 3rd floor!"

"I would like a refund please!! First when i walked into the office it smelled bad. The lady that came out to attend me looked like she was sleeping in the back somewhere and came out in her pajamas. She couldn't understand english properly and had to make phone calls so that she can find my itinerary. She tells me that i never booked with them, then she finds my information 15 minutes later. Now she tells me that i have to pay with a credit card and i tell her no i dont cause i booked with expedia. She takes another 10 minutes making phone calls. Finally I'm checked in. By now i don't want to stay there. I did not end up staying here cause i felt the place was not clean and professional. Would never stay here, ever. "

"This place gets the job done. No frills, not fancy, but a tremendous location. Came into town for the weekend to go to urban air and then Sahara Sam’s waterpark. Both places are awesome, highly recommend. The room was surprisingly spacious and had a lot of weird extra space. I had just stayed the weekend before in New York City and my hotel room was about the size of a cruise ship room, so the bathroom was huge and we had a balcony looking at the pool, which was obviously closed for the season. Breakfast was fine, beds were comfortable, not a luxurious spot, but that’s not what I paid to get. Would recommend. There were some sketchy looking patrons around, but everybody was nice and friendly. I mean, we were in the armpit of America. Respectfully."
