The air conditioning worked great & the beds were comfortable. Everything else needs a lot of improvement. Hair on the shampoo; visible debris on the floors; greasy, black smudges all over the bathroom walls; the towel rack barely attached to the wall. The smell of onions along with several pairs of work boots in the hallways was enough to make me call other hotels in the area. The lobby & hallways are dark & dreary. I thought the website said newly renovated. Guess that meant new towels.

Great stay

It was great! The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating to us having a very late arrival. Of course the hotel could use an update but our room was clean and beds comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Pool Closed. Dirty rooms- had to change rooms. Bad lingering smell. Unclean showers/sinks. Staff was nice and tried to make things better. Hopefully upgrades are made but currently the hotel is rough!

Older, remodeling, clean inside room

This is an older hotel that they are trying to renovate. They have put in 50 in tvs and have a very nice selection of channels. The floors look nice in the lobby like they have just been redone. Hallways are a little dirty but the room itself was clean. We had a hole in the wall where it looks like someone punched it. The walls and fixtures were old, but bed and pillows very comfortable. Sink and bathtub did not have stoppers Staff was very nice and helpful. Pool was closed and had a very limited breakfast.

Disappointing

The bed was clean and comfortable. The bathroom, carpet and walls were dirty. The couch in my room looked like it had bodily fluids on it. It was stained and gross. I didn’t want to take my shoes off. Almost left and went to another hotel. But I was exhausted after an 8 hour drive and then visiting my sister at Good Samaritan Hospital, I just wanted to go to sleep.

This used to be a great property but the outside was run down the trash dumpster was overflowing onto the ground. The bathroom was broken with no stopper for tub, toilet seat broken and toilet paper holder broken.

We had to get this reservation at the last minute because another hotel's "reservation" was not honored when we got there. This hotel was about the same price, and much nicer than the one we'd previously arranged. The breakfast was adequate, the room was clean, the staff was extra helpful even with our late arrival (we got there at 11 PM). The amenities (bed, pillows, shower, etc.) were what we expected. (We often stay at Quality hotels when we travel -- they seem to all be about the same "quality" with just minor differences). This Quality met the expectations.
