"Everything appeared to be quite clean. There were other issues that were accommodated. We asked to change room because our first room was on the 5th floor and the elevator wouldn't go there. Because of a malfunction you had to go to the 4th or 6th floor. And due to construction the bar and restaurant were closed. So we asked for a small consession of included breakfast since we had not included breakfast in our reservation and they gave us that."

"The location and staff were wonderful. The breakfast was too expensive. Just around the corner we ate for 10 euros each. Once we had a tea and coffee at the hotel and it was awful. A machine dispensed warm/hot , not boiling, water for the tea and if you are a tea drinker you will understand how this doesn’t work. My husband did not enjoy the flavour of the coffee. The room was so small for two people, maybe one traveller could manage, but two, was a challenge. The bathroom was clean and had a nice shower head but the configuration had me often bruising my body trying to move from shower to sink. The room was quiet and the having Netflix was wonderful. Perhaps a short stay there might work, but we were there for 8 days and found it too cramped."

"The location was fantastic. The only problem we encountered was our original room. We had written numerous times that my mother in law was elderly and could not do stairs. So when we got there they gave us a room with a spiral staircase that lead to the bedroom and the shower. Luckily the hotel wasn’t at full capacity and we were given a beautiful room with a king bed. I believe it was an upgrade! After that everything was wonderful."

"This Hotel is truly a hidden gem. The hotel is clean, the staff are friendly and accommodating and mostly the location is within comfortable walking distance to many key sites. Do not miss the breakfast buffet! The variety of items is amazing. Everything is fresh and the price is a real value. "

"Wow! I actually feel like I got MORE than advertised!! The room was spacious and perfect for our family of 4! And there’s breakfast! Will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Paris. Really appreciate all the reviews that said it was great for families- it is!"

"Location is perfect to go around the city with a lot of restaurants and bars all around. The hotel is under reconstruction. The social areas are limited, not bar inside hotel, no complementary water in the rooms, no body cream, or any regular items for a hotel of this class. Staff very kind and ready to help. Room service take too long to provide anything requested (i.e. 90 minutes to get a iron press). "
