"Really well located hotel right outside the pedestrian zone in Palermo. In just 5 minutes you are in front of Teatro Massimo. The hotel is very secure, the staff is very friendly. "The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. Reception is only on site until lunchtime but someone is always available on WhatsApp or by phone and the response was excellent. The location was very good, easy to get to from the airport and everything was nearby."

"The Arche Design Rooms and Suites was a good choice for us. We found it comfortable and convenient with good food choices nearby. The recommendations by the team for where to eat were so helpful and we felt really welcomed. We didn’t use the Spa so can’t comment. Our late arrival was no problem and we enjoyed the breakfasts - all the food was fresh and tasty. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend Arche to other travellers "

"Beautiful hotel! The staff are AMAZING and it’s a great location! Only thing is that the gym isn’t a gym, it’s a small room with a treadmill and a bike and the spa is really Really hard to schedule. The hotel breakfast is also great, but not really anything to do at the hotel besides sleep. The tvs are old, and so it’s only a few Italian channels."
