"The quality of the food at breakfast was not as good."

"I LOVE THE BARCELO HOTEL! It is my home away from home! Everyone who works there is AWESOME and like family to me. I have been staying there since 2021!"

"Unfortunately, my client had a very bad experienced at this hotel, after staying their in the past, this time there was an electricity outage at the hotel at check out date. There was no one at the desk to attend my clients checkout. He had to drag 4 luggages all by himself down the stairs from 7 high. "Personal muy amable y servicial. Regresaré!!!! No me gustaron las almohadas ya que son de plumas!!!!"

"Staff was friendly and helpful, hotel in general was dusty to the point that we got allergies,"

From check-in it is a terrible experience with the most horrible service, as soon as you get there they let you know that you cannot bring any Uber eats or outside food into your room the elevators do not work when you swipe your key so you’ll spend 10 minutes trying to get to your room. The rooms have zero amenities, in no way are they suites....

"I loved the location of the hotel; it is very well centered on the malls and tourist destinations. What I like most was the customer service of all the staff. They were very friendly and always willing to help. Made us feel right at home. I highly recommend this hotel!"
