Location hard to get to (centro storico, ZTL) but the staff helped guide us to the public parking located outside the ztl -- it required dragging our suitcases over cobble stones through the market, but we survived. Once we were settled, we really enjoyed the hotel with a super helpful and courteous staff."

Stephi and Elanora were very helpful -nothing was too much trouble Breakfast was included -plenty of choice even though nothing was cooked. Good communication pre visit and especially with late self check in Would definitely recommend -great location too in the old part of Palermo -5 minutes from the cathedral"

"The hotel is good but has no atmosphere the staff don’t go out of their way to make your holiday enjoyable. It’s just a job to them. I wouldn’t stay there again even though the accommodation was good it was just unwelcoming to us. Breakfast typically Italian nice choice of cold meat and cheese and sweets. There was no directory to contact the front desk or housekeeping when we ran out of toilet paper we tried 0 and 1 no answer definitely the staff need to brighten up and show some enthusiasm."

"The view from the room directly overlooked the Teatro Al Massimo. The sunsets were amazing and the room could not have been cleaner. Gianni waited over an hour for us to accommodate our early check-in. Snacks and coffee were stored in the kitchen for our use and the room was quiet— two floors above ground floor. Elevator works which in other properties may or may not be the case. “A”."

"Whilst very excited to stay in what looks amazing in the pictures, sadly the reality was not to be. The kettle had green stains at the bottom, couldn’t use that as not clean. Went to run the bath and the water smelt stagnant, the jets in the bath were missing parts, the shower spilt water from above as was not maintained. The room is beautifully located and the staff seem very nice but the room a disappointment. We arrived late in the evening and checked out the following day. We pointed out the...
