We had such a warm welcome, as we arrived straight off the overnight train from Naples & they offered us coffee & breakfast. Also we were given our room early as it was available. "Convenient location. Definitely a walk up. If you book a room on the third floor, there are 71 steps up. Hosts are friendly and the room is clean. The true star of this location is the little lady who runs the breakfast (and also does the housekeeping). SHe always looked happy to see the guests, greeting everyone with a smile and remembering names. She keeps the breakfast area clean and well stocked. The view from the terrace area where the breakfast is served is fabulous."

Our first night was in Room 7 which is downstairs in the garden area - which was a bit dark and got quite noisy in the morning (as it is underneath where breakfast is served). "Modern accommodation in an ideal location. Within a few steps you’re on Via Maqueda, a lively street with many restaurants and shops. Incredibly walkable but be advised the surrounding streets are cobble/stone in case you are wheeling luggage’s or requesting a ride share. It may be that you need to walk to the nearest street. "Fantastic rooms with balconies overlooking the main street in Palermo. The room and facilites were very clean, coffee, tea and pastries offered complimentry in a communal area. If driving into the city a permit is required for the ZTL Zone, this was arranged free of charge by the hotel. Street parking in blue bays only €1 per hour, free 8pm - 8am and free 2pm - 4pm if a parking spot is available, we got lucky and parked directly below the property for 3 days. "The room was somewhat satisfactory but the b&b was surrounded by Garbage. Palermo has a very few clean areas. The highlight was the Teatro Massimo. It's location is good for walking but the trash everywhere makes it difficult."
