"This hotel is located between Palermo Cathedral and Quattro Canti, about a five-minute walk from most major attractions, such as Church of Jesus of Casa Professa, Palazzo Reale di Palermo, Palermo Cathedral and Quattro Canti... The hotel staff contacted me in advance to inquire about my arrival time earlier. I arrived before lunch time, earlier than check-in time. I was so surprised that my room was ready for me. "What a wonderful hotel! We had an amazing stay here and the location is unbeatable (3min walk to Theater Massimo). The room was perfect with a balcony, a really comfortable bed, and an amazing shower. The staff was fantastic and so helpful. 10/10 for me, no complaints and we will stay here again the next time we are in Palermo. "

"This is a slightly shabby Grande Dame that seems to get most of it's guests through group travel. The room was large and well-appointed, though slightly oddly laid out with a deep bath but no separate shower. The bedding could use a refresh, particularly mattress and pillows. The breakfast was fine, though not of the highest quality (terrible cappuccino) and the staff very formal and obsequious. The location was great, and that really made it work for us."
