"Overall, it’s not a bad hotel, the last day at the checkout we ask for the taxi to receptionist. She said she will call the Uber company that the Hotel work with I said OK so Taxi show up it was the evening reception person that he works in hotel! again I didn’t care so he took us to train station which was 14 minutes walking distance and five minutes driving. And he asked for €30 but the thing is 3 days before that when I came to the hotel from train station the actual Taxi a good size Taxi...

"This was our most pampered and relaxing stay in Italy. The place is beautiful , luxurious in every way. The views of Vesuvius and the garden are stunning. The service is five star or more. Chiro was so attentive and kind. We felt pampered from the moment we arrived. "

"Nice hotel, located near the beach. However they have a problem with the road at the front which tends to have rowdy parties and noisy cars revving all night. During the stay I only got 1 night sleep, and that was because I was exhausted. Rooms are clean and spacious, amenities are OK, except there is no kettle in the room. Hot drinks need to be ordered through room service."

Would recommend their pizza evenings! Had an issue with late night noise from a private function but the Gen. Manager was fabulous & responded quickly to resolve. "The staff and property were exceptional. A magnificent architectural jewel of the Liberty’ period owned by a retired NATO commander who is a delight along with his son Alex and his mother. The young receptionists are enthusiastic about the town and the myriad of attractions. The only thing that could have made it better was the taxi service. "We booked that place for one night. After a while the host wrote to us not to come and that there were no room available. Under such circumstances I asked the host to cancel my reservation in order I could book another place. But the host refused to do that! So, I wonder if the host is a fraudster or simply irresponsible person, who doesn’t update calendar."
