🌟 The Highlights
• The bar staff were fantastic: professional, welcoming, and clearly knew their craft.
• Breakfast service was a bright spot. Staff were attentive, and the overall experience was well managed.
• The junior suite offered stunning views and was beautifully presented—definitely a visual treat.
😕 The Issues That Made the Stay Disappointing
• Security Risk: The room keys had stickers showing both the hotel name and room number. If you misplace a key, it makes it dangerously easy for someone to access your room. This should really be reconsidered.
• Unresolved AC Problem: The air conditioning in our suite didn’t work. We reported it twice. The staff said they’d look into it but didn’t follow up with any real solution. The issue was brushed aside, which was frustrating, especially in a suite that’s supposed to offer comfort.
• Unhygienic Jacuzzi Tub: We were excited to use the tub, but mold came out of the jets—clearly a sign it hadn’t been properly cleaned. It completely ruined what should have been a relaxing feature.
• Poor Shower Design and Drainage: The shower wouldn’t drain properly, forcing us to wait a long time between showers. Long showers resulted in water overflowing onto the bathroom floor due to a faulty door. It felt careless and disruptive.
