"One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Rooftop pool and bar is excellent, lots of opportunities to meet other travellers from all over the globe, and laundry services are wonderful. I’d highly recommend getting the breakfast add on, very much worth it and quite tasty, too. Really enjoyed staying in San Lorenzo, didn’t feel touristy at all. "

"2nd stay at Gran Melia it’s a beautiful hotel, stunning swimming pool area, the staff are fantastic, hotel suites are very comfortable and well designed. There are a couple of things that I personally would like to see changed. Welcome drinks on arrival to the hotel. When it’s 38° outside and guests have travelled all day, the hotel should at least offer water on arrival. Breakfast - it’s disappointing for a luxury hotel that guests should be expected to pay extra for breakfast items like...
