Great location. Easy parking. Quiet area. Nice to find a place with twin beds to accommodate myself and my two sons. The best thing in the restaurant was the pizza.

On reflection, this hotel is supposed to be 3 stars but it’s far from it! Bedrooms and bathrooms are totally not up to modern hospitality standards and the food offerings are very poor! One good part of this hotel is Valentina! She knows how to use her customer service skills!

Good location, awful hotel

First time using this hotel and wouldn’t use it again, the rooms are dirty and not maintained properly! Breakfast options are not great for European citizens! When I complained to the receptionist, I didn’t get a good response, no way to deal with customers! Definitely I will not be using this hotel again!

Not what is expected of a Best Western

I had better expectations from this property beign that it is associated with the Best Western brand. The rooms are a bit run down. In my mother's room the shower door came off the rail and it could have been dangerous for her. The mini fridge don't get cold. In our double occupancy room they only left one set of towels...this happened every day of the 3 we stayed. The breakfast was not at all worth it. Go into town and have good coffee and pantries. They served the same tarts our entire stay...so they were old and stale. Then we had dinner at the restaurant one night and the staff was not friendly at all. I got charge 2 euros for the service (odd), then was charged for bread we never got. I wouldn't have been upset, but aside from the mediocre service, the manager was upset I disputed the charges before paying. I run a restaurant and things like this are hard to tolerate. I require all staff to double check ticketa and make sure our clients are satisfied with the charges. I also use to work at hotels and honestly...there was only one person at this place I would hire. Also the rooms had tons of spiders. Thank You Abdul for your friendly service.

Purtroppo le porte di legno delle camere, con un corridoio che non assorbe i rumori, non sono il massimo per un hotel confortevole. Non siamo tutti uguali, pero' purtroppo esistono clienti che entrano ed escono dalle stanze, sbattendo le porte e questo sinceramente non va bene. Ingresso doccia stretto e scomodo. Inesistenti i dispenser appesi al muro in bagno.

Abbiamo scelto questo hotel perché sulla strada, per fare una pausa nel nostro viaggio e riposarci una mattinata in piscina. Purtroppo al risveglio abbiamo scoperto che la piscina era in riparazione. Per il resto il personale è gentile e la camera spaziosa, ma la struttura è chiaramente vecchia.

Purtroppo solo poche camere ricondizionate. La maggior parte sono datate e rumorose. Il sonno viene spesso interrotto da chi osssa nel corridoio o chi vede la tv o è in bagno nella camera vicina. È come andare a letto con il vicino.

La struttura è piuttosto datata ed è evidente la necessità di una rinnovamento soprattutto per quanto attiene alla insonorizzazione delle camere e ai bagni in cui lo spazio è veramente troppo ridotto. Anche l'arredamento è vermanete minimale. Tuttavia è molto pulito e c'è tutto ciò che serve per un soggiorno tempraneo come il mio. Buono il ristorante . Deludente la colazione ma non si può vfare il buffet a causa del covid.
