Lovely stay on the outskirts of Rome

The hotel is elegant, the food superb, and the staff lovely and helpful. My only concern was that our room was in a dead zone and e needed a bit of wifi as we are from out of country. Other than that it was 5 stars all around

Generally OK, but WiFi in rooms was terrible - very poor to non-existent. Also, no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms.

Ok hotel but could be better

In Italy and flew into Rome on a late flight and this was the closest hotel for my final destination. To be honest, I wouldn’t come back here again 😔 WiFi in the bedrooms doesn’t work. You also have to pay a tax to stay in this hotel which wasn’t included in the bill.

Terrible service

3 star hotel at best. Breakfast was inedible. Even though it was included in the room, we couldn’t use it. Location is bad. Nothing close by. Was told pool opened at 10, but at 10.30 they were still cleaning it and we were told we couldn’t use it. Receptionists told us just to get in - poolcleaner told us no. We gave up. Room was at first glance nice - but when you actually looked it was old, moldy and not clean.

Ho trascorso un soggiorno eccellente come al solito. Il personale è gentile e disponibile come sempre. Uso questo hotel ogni visita a Roma ed è il mio preferito. Il Check in è semplice e veloce, le camere sempre pulite e ben tenute, il servizio è ottimo.

L’albergo a 5 km dall uscita del autostrada , non è un hotel economico (156 due adulti è una bambina) ma questo non sarebbe un problema se ne valesse la pena . - le camere solo apparentemente vecchie Con moquette ( non lo consiglio per gli allergici alla polvere ) - i letti sono presumo vecchi perché molto scomodi , io ho dormito su un letto singolo ma ad una certa ora ho dovuto cambiare letto. Onestamente non lo consiglio. Come pro posso dire che la struttura è importante e molto grande , è molto pulita in generale ( la moquette ha assorbito la polvere nei decenni quindi impossibile da pulire ) Se provassero ad investire qualcosa sarebbe una scelta vincente , via la moquette , via una parte di arredo troppo vecchia e via i letti. Grazie
