"The club lounge provided very limited food nowadays comparing to our previous stay. However the club lounge staff was very helpful and good service. "

"I booked a room and nowhere in my booking not hotel information did it say my room would be in the basement. I was below ground level option on elevator was -1 ground floor being 0. I asked the clerk for an alternate room and he said none were available. As I prepaid the room was non refundable. As a single woman travelling I didn’t feel fully safe as the lights in the corridor coming off the elevator were off and only turn on with motion sensor. Meaning you exit the elevator into a DARK...

"The room was very clean and also very small. Great location, friendly staff"

"Very friendly staff and service "

"Great hotel. The staff was pleasant and helpful."

"Great location. Reasonable price and clean room"

"Excellent stay. Hotel has been renovated recently. Everything is spanking new. Staff: one young lady was extremely helpful. Cheerful and kind. We arrived early in the morning, they stored our luggage and offered coffee and tea. Lots of restaurants and boulangeries around. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel and opt to go out and have coffee and croissants. It's very close to Sacré-Cœur and Moulin Rouge area. Con - we book the Comfort Double room so it's not the smallest, but it was still...

"Wonderful hotel! everything went smoothly. The lobby area and the room were very clean. Breakfast was great. The location was everything Highly recommend!"

"I truly enjoyed my stay! The hotel is in a great location, approximately a 15-minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Élysées. There are plenty of cafés and restaurants within walking distance, including a wonderful boulangerie that I visited almost every day for its delicious croissants! The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout my stay, and the concierge was especially helpful in recommending great places to eat. My only complaint was that the room was extremely cold, even...

"It was very quiet & the staff was amazing."

"Very close to metro station. The breakfast is very nice and impressive. The room is clean and comfort. There is only 1 elevator and maximum capacity for 2 person with 2 luggage. The family room (suite) is on the 6th floor without elevator, you have to reach by elevator to 5th floor and then use the stairway to 6th floor. In conclusion it's worth the money and staying."

"We came into Paris before the check-in time. They allowed us to store the luggage so we could start our vacation. When we came back to check in, they checked us in and had already took the bags to our room. We signed up for the continental breakfast. They allow for you to pick the time to bring it to your room. It was so convenient so you can arrange it around your schedule. The hotel was close to the metro, buses and walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. You will love this hotel if you stay...

"i reserved the room that held 3 people and it wasn’t as spacious as i thought. also the rooms are terribly hot and we were told the temperate could not be adjusted, therefore, we lost a lot of sleep due to it feeling like a sauna in there 24/7. wouldn’t recommend, however the area is perfect,"

"Great location!"
