남푸분수에서....

남푸분수 주변으로 식당이 있었고, 야간에는 공연을 하여 심심하지 않았음, 바로 맞은편과 옆에 마사지 샵이 위치하고, 참파마사지를 비롯한 마사지 샵들이 중상이상은 함.. 위치가 비교적 좋음.. 예를들어 야시장(메콩강변을 따라 2KM) 시작하는 차오아누봉 동상이 있는 곳까지 툭툭이로 5분(50,000KIP ---> 30,000KIP으로 깍음)이고 걸어서 덥지만 20분정도임..좋고 나쁨을 떠나 가성비로 접근해야하는 호텔임..

Endroit correct rapport qualité prix

On est loin des 35 mètres carrés annoncé pour la chambre Deluxe.... Plutôt 15 dont à peine deux de salle de bain....Même au Japon on a jamais eu une si petite salle de bain sans fenêtre..... Repeindre les murs,c'est bien mais changer le matelas qui est en béton ce serait plus judicieux. Deuxième séjour ici et dernier. La première fois il y a un an,on s'était retrouvé caser dans l'hôtel de gauche. Et cette année on réserve une chambre De luxe et on se retrouve dans l'hôtel voisin de droite sans excuse,c'est limite de l'arnaque...

Scamed. Sold my prepaid room

Got to I house at 10.30pm. They told me my booking did not exist and they have no rooms. Lies and deciet. Pure greed and theft. Avoid this hotel at all cost. They are dishonest and corrupt. Karma will get them. My prepaid booking was in there system which was confirmed by hotels.com. do much for a garunteed room. Hotels like this give the hospitality industry a bad name.

Nice location

Good location, close to cafes and restaurants and nam phou Park. Room was too small and didn’t feel very clean. There was mound in ceiling and on bathroom door.

Stay OK but no window,small bathroom

Staff and room were OK but the lack of any natural light or any view put me off. Room had a window with a view of a brick wall 3 inches away!! No natural light at all got through. Bathroom was more like a small closet, but adequate.

Chambre avec balcon privé très calme et télé avec TV5. Sdb minuscule genre à peine 3 mètres carrés avec toilette intégré. Difficile de se laver correctement avec une douchette qun ne tient pas. Chambre de 20 mètres carrés et non 34 comme noté dans le descriptif. Petit déjeuner à 4 $ un peu léger pour le prix.

Very hotel with friendly staff who were helpful and kind. Hotel was in a good location, with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Room was clean and modern, with reasonably good WiFi.

Sauber und Günstig

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Fenster (die Aussicht war eine Mauer des Nachbargebäudes etwa 20 cm vor dem Fenster), dieses war sehr sauber. Das Bad war sehr klein. Zu Fuß erreicht man vom Hotel die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt. Für den günstigen Preis ist das Hotel gut.

Terrible hotel. Only one thing is good - location.

There were no room, witch I booked. When I decided to cancel and wanted to go to another hotel - staff forgot english at all in 1 second. Rooms are realy terrible, looking definately not like on foto. Very small bathroom, shower is realy under the toilet. Everything very old and disgusting.

lnconvenience with the bathroom

The room was spacious and clean. But the bathroom is too small to take a shower and there was no hot shower.l asked them to fix it and they said they did..But the hot water came out a couple of minutes and stopped all of a sudden.This was repeated.So l just gave up.

Good for low budget travelers

It has everything you need and you will get what you pay. But do not expect more than that. Staffs are very nice. Bathroom was tiny and dirty but it has hot water and soap. Ac worked very well.
