"I didn’t appreciate check in at 4 pm When arriving in Victoria by noon it would be nice to have your room available sooner Also, our room was cleaned late in the day It would be better if the cleaning was done in the morning"

"I was very disappointed with our room. The bathtub was totally inaccessible to me due to the height. I have osteoporosis in my knees and could not get into the tub even with an extra grab bar installed. I had to take sponge baths for the entire stay (5 nights). Even my 37 year (5’9”) son had difficulty ..."
