"We had a wonderful time staying at Shongwe Oasis. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming and made sure all of our needs were attended to. Our room (honeymoon suite) had a comfortable king size bed with mosquito curtains around it, large bathtub and both indoor and outdoor showers. The lodge and tented suites are absolutely beautiful, as are the views of the Zambezi river and the surroundings. The staff were all so warm, welcoming and attentive. We loved it... from the accomodations to the central gathering place, the food and friendly staff, the ambience and security measures, plus walkable to Vic Falls. "This is a world class 5 star resort with guest services second to none. They are very accommodating and will go above and beyond for you. The resort and grounds are immaculate. Magnificent views of Zambezi and can see the spray from the falls. We stayed here for three weeks and I would highly recommend it. Sharon and her whole team at guest services were spectacular and always went the extra mile to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Trinity and his team at the front desk are very accommodating.
