"This property was absolutely stunning and delivered beyond our expectations. The rooms were very clean and linen was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable on the Vic Falls area. They assisted with recommendations on activities that fit our schedule and were very proactive in ensuring we knew when we would be picked up for these excursions. The breakfast was good and full of flavour!

"Beautiful, peaceful lodge..great to have a family room.
Very personable and feels like home - loved the chats with the owners and staff.
Also, very efficient to have booked and paid for all our activities through the lodge before I came..very well organised!"

"Very nice place - with the spirit of backpackers. Nice swimming pool. At walking distance from VicFalls, restaurants. We were very satisfied of our stay. Thay also handled to find and pay the taxi for transfert from Botswana and to the airport. Some stained (although clean) sheets make that we do not rate it 5."

"It was a nightmare. I arrived to find that despite payment having been deducted from my credit card, they didn't know of my booking. Worse, they were already fully booked "

"We stayed here a few nights. The rooms were clean and room service would check from time to time to see if there was anything else we needed.
There is a large restaurant area where you can enjoy both breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff is friendly and accommodating.
The pool is not heated and since we were there in 'winter' season, the water was a bit too chilly for us. There is a bar next to the pool, where you can enjoy yummy refreshments.
One night we were surprised by a group of dancers and singers that showed up during our dinner. Their dances were amazing as were the songs.
Every day we had organized excursions - Victoria Falls National Park, Chobe National Park in Botswana, a helicopter flight and more. The hotel is well known and perfectly situated for pick-ups and drop offs. We walked to the downtown area with lots of restaurants and always felt perfectly safe.
I highly recommend this hotel."
"We spend 2 nights here - one at the start of our journey through Zimbabwe and one at the end. We arrived late and left early, so don't have much feedback about their restaurant, other than the breakfast buffet was excellent.
The first night, we were accidentally given a room that had not been cleaned yet. When we pointed this out to the front desk, they immediately brought us to a room that was clean and ready - so quick resolution of an issue.
The last night, we had no issues. The wifi worked well, which was key for us as we needed to connect to people in the US. Thank you."
"No regrets that I stayed in this hotel, as it is close to everything! Close to shops, restaurants, and other places like galleries. All staffs are very accommodating and very helpful.
I was able to work while I was in Victoria Falls, because N! hotel has a good wifi connection. They also have a good breakfast selection in their cafe.
Rooms are clean and well maintained. What I also love about the hotel is they provide free drinking water which you can access freely in each hallway.
I would definitely love to stay at this hotel in my next visit."
"Very friendly and helpful staff. Felt welcome. Nice room and good shower. Clean, great location for everything. Lovely food and drinks. Can highly recommend."
"A boutique and very personal (only 3 year old) hotel a little outside the main Victoria Falls town. Offers regular free shuttle into town and down to Vic Falls Entrance. Outside the designated times, you have to book taxis but the hotel have an account with reliable supplier. We had the larger signature room which was very comfortable and tastefully decorated. Staff are very helpful. Cooked breakfasts are good. Only slight criticism is that dinner can be quite slow and it’s best to go for the fresh cooked grills."
"The room was clean and everything worked well. The place is small and I never saw anyone in the bar. (Not an issue for us). Rooms are pretty small as well. Breakfast was cereal, fruit and eggs cooked to your liking as well as sausage, bacon and beans. -So, a nice breakfast. Extra person in the room was very tight and cost $70/night. So, that was a little expensive. It's a small town, so everything is close. But fairly far for walking. Use InDrive as a ride hailing app and anywhere you want to go will end up costing you $3 each way."
"This is a garden hotel with beautiful trees and flowers at walking distance from city center. It has an excellent restaurant, high quality delicious food."
