"Beautiful modernized oasis with a secure courtyard with a swimming pool in the centre of Victoria Falls. The staff and management were very friendly and keen to get feedback. Large rooms with modern fixtures but traditional solid wood furniture. Lacks fridges and tv’s in the regular rooms but management is working on that. Like everything in Victoria Falls, it’s not inexpensive but worth it."

"Really enjoyed our 5 night stay at Courtney Lodge. Such a great place to relax after a day at the Falls or a safari, felt very calm and personal. The management arranged all our activities which was so helpful and removed stress. Both the owners and the Staff were so lovely and made such an effort to make our stay special. "This perfectly located hotel within walking distance of the Victoria Falls National Park has beautiful grounds (with antelope, baboons and, one night, a hippo), warm and helpful staff, delicious food and a beautiful pool. A shuttle was available to take us to its sister hotel (The Palms) to use its small but well equipped gym. Highly recommended."

"Hotel is situated in the downtown of Victoria Falls. Price and room facility are reasonable while the staff is reall helpful when they helped managing for local contact during my accident (ankle twist). Really appreciated their service mind and help (providing me the balm for my ankle). There is a minimart on the 1st floor so it is conveniece for you to buy something you may need. Really love staff/people there!"

"Staff were excellent, cleaned the room well and were always nice. There is a lot of work that needs to be done with the property itself ie New Doors. The towels could do with replacing. The breakfast area isn't the best, but they could set outside as it's not been raining.Coffee wasn't the best. The breakfast could do with a few options being added. "
