Loved our stay at this property. They offer shuttle service to and from the airport as well as Victoria falls. The staff were amazing, especially Rody at the front desk, the shuttle drivers and our wait staff. The breakfast was included and was superb with lots of choices, including gluten free options. The pool area was nice to relax after a day of touring. Our room was clean but there was a gaping hole from the outside, near the deck doors, allowing for mosquitos to enter. They did spray our room before bed and there is mosquito netting around the bed. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Elephant Hills

This was an amazing place. Food was outstanding, staff was friendly and helpful. Had a view of the river as well as Victoria Falls. Golf course was filled with animals in the early evening and enjoyable to sit and relax and watch them.

This is a world class 5 star resort with guest services second to none. They are very accommodating and will go above and beyond for you. The resort and grounds are immaculate. Magnificent views of Zambezi and can see the spray from the falls. We stayed here for three weeks and I would highly recommend it. Sharon and her whole team at guest services were spectacular and always went the extra mile to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Trinity and his team at the front desk are very accommodating. Peter and his team in the restaurant and kitchen provide amazing service.You can truly immerse yourself in the African culture here if you desire

Service by reception Witness is outstanding. We booked two twin beds room but not available when we checked in. He offered to add one bed to our room and then changed to another room next day. Customer relation manager also sent a fruit basket and a bottle of wine next day. Service is outstanding.

Absolutely loved our stay at Elephant hills! The staff really are just so wonderful and friendly and the facilities were awesome! Pools, golf, tennis, and games rooms kept us occupied on the downtime parts of the days! The airport transfers were a breeze and the shuttle bus to town / the falls was so convenient. Honestly cannot fault our stay here. Couple in our early 30s.

The staff are friendly, although their helpfulness can be questionable at times. It feels like “yes” is the default response, even when follow-through is lacking. The hotel itself is clearly showing signs of age, the rooms and facilities are tired, and renovations are definitely needed. While Victoria Falls is known for its eco-tourism, the hotel doesn't offer much in terms of nighttime entertainment or activities. Overall, the experience was just okay — nothing particularly memorable, but not terrible either.
