"We loved our stay at the Courtney Palace. It was the perfect place for us to stay in Victoria Falls. The location was great. It is a walk to the falls, but we really enjoyed the walk through the city to visit the shops and see local life. In fact, we encountered baboons, warthogs and saw an elephant right in the city. "What a great find! It is a gated home with nice grounds and a pool. The beds were very comfortable and came with mosquito netting which was nice but not needed. The breakfasts were nice out on the patio. The upstairs honor bar was a nice place to hang out. Housekeeping did an amazing job as they neatly folded my clothes and hung up my shirts. "Helpful and courteous staff. Very clean and I felt comfortable eating there. Good breakfast options and very good dinner options. Coffee unfortunately was not very good but the very restaurant staff especially Beatrice and Nyash were very helpful. They are doing renovations and the rooms in this stable wing are not easily accessible as you have to walk on the road and through a poorly lit alley to access that wing.
