Breakfast was poor—one egg was rotten—so I skipped meals there to avoid food poisoning. They focused on telling us about inconveniences like the closed pool and broken gate, and that we should leave before 10:00 on the last day. I cannot recommend this place; the owners are unsuited for hospitality."

The accomodation is very well appointed, clean, and comfortable. Well located to enjoy visiting all the beautiful sites of Lucca. The breakfast provided at a nearby cafe was also a bonus- friendly staff and many choices. Would highly recommend this accommodation. Many thanks and happy to return on our next visit to Lucca!"
