"No staff on site. Check in and out was virtual. Elevator was extremely slow. Room was a bit cramped but was good for a one night stay."

"I would highly recommend this property! They gave us an upgrade to a Lakeview and it was absolutely amazing. The restaurant connected to the hotel is incredible. Highly recommend. Staff at check-in was extremely helpful and kind."

"Lovely accommodation and nice location. Very quiet until church bells got going but they are part of the charm"

"Excelente"

"Excelente hotel, moderno, limpio y muy buen servicio"

"The hotel is located at a beautiful spot overlooking lake Como, stunning views. Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms. However the hotel is extremely difficult to navigate, very confusing set up with various entrances, staircases and elevators. Difficult to get luggage in and out."

"Svårt att ta sig dit. Slingrande serpentinvägar i en timme. Men fint när man kom fram. Inget om man har svårt att röra sig. Väldigt kuperat överallt. Lite av en hobbitby över det hela. Men säkert många som uppskattar det!"

"Quite and personal. Probably the best place we stayed at all trip. Very peaceful."

"The location is beautiful and the view is amazing however the rooms were extremely dirty and the reception staff didn’t even want to say hello when we first arrived. We had another group of friends who also stayed at the property and reported that the staff were quite rude."
