"Front desk staff ruined the experience. They made us wait close to two hours more AFTER check-in time because the room wasn’t ready yet. No apologies, no remorse, not a care in the world, really. I think it’s a normal occurence for them. Bar is closed by the way. Don’t even bother asking."

"We stayed at the citizenM at Paris Charles de Gaulle for one night, so we could be close to the airport for an early morning flight. The hotel is clean, quiet and comfortable, and located walking distance from CDG Terminal 3. The bar was open late for food and drinks, which was perfect for us. The staff were all friendly and attentive. We will stay there again."

"The design of the property was nice and our stay was good overall. While the bed and bathroom were perfectly clean, the floors had not been washed in a while and turned the shower rug black. Breakfast was ok but nothing special. Staff friendly and helpful."

"Hôtel de charme , au calme à 15 min de l’aéroport en voiture . Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipées . Un cocktail au bar très bien servi dans le salon adjacent . Dommage qu’il pleuvait car l’espace extérieur est très grand et bien aménagé . Le seul bémol est la pression de l’eau ds la douche mais ça reste un détail insignifiant. Je recommande vivement !"
