"We booked this hotel because of advertised 6 outdoor pools. There are no pools on site. You have to walk to a water park to use their covered pools. It was very crowded and chaotic. Shower in room leaked EVERYWHERE. Hair dryer was making weird noises when tried to use it. Will not be staying in this hotel again."

"I was stranded in Paris after losing my passport. I stayed here one night because of the location at the airport. never could really get the air-conditioning to work well and the outlets would not charge my electronic with the European adaptor. Nice hotel but way too pricey. I was desperate."

"Typical French terrible AC that apparently wasn’t controlled in the room. I did enjoy getting a welcome drink and the food at the bar was decent. To get to the hotel from airport, take the CDGVAL commuter train."

"Could be my favourite hotel. Ever. The staff(owners) are lovely. Gave a tour of the wine cellar which was SPECTACULAR! Like a cathedral. The decor was brilliantly done. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The room was beautifully decorated w all new fixtures. The garden patio was out of a movie. Beds were king size and perfect. I have never stayed in a hotel with more attention to detail. And the town is the most perfect medieval town I have seen in France. We had dinner at Henri IV square...

"The easy hotel charged me when I went before time on the date I arrived and also charged me 20 uro when I check out after time even thought the reception told me when I went out in the morning which that I could check out before 1 pm. When I came back to the hotel at noon 30 minute another reception told me to pay for the late check out time. The second day of my living , the hotel did not clear and clean my room like any other hotel do."

"Das Hotel war insgesamt sauber. Das Zimmer zwar recht klein, aber für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ok. Allerdings war der Aufenthalt nicht besonders einladend: Auf dem Flur roch es durchgehend unangenehm nach Zigarettenrauch. Das Frühstück war leider eine herbe Enttäuschung – sehr lieblos und qualitativ schlecht. Aufgrund des schlechten Frühstücks und des Geruchs im Flur würde ich hier nicht noch einmal buchen."
