Staff was SPECTACULAR, attentive and helpful in every way in getting out to the ski slopes and to area restaurants at night. My daughter had races in Chamonix, Les Houches and Mageve and this hotel is an ideal location for all of these ski hills. It is stylish, clean, friendly family run place with parking, a fantastic restaurant, good breakfast and everything you could want for your ski vacation. As a mom of a ski racer, I’m picky. "We had bad impression since we arrived. We choose this hotel because they saud they have shuttle bus. So when we arrive at train station, we actually called them to ask them to pick us up caz 2 of us had 3 luggages. The person who picked up the phone refused and said he could not come to pick up as he was the reception and cannot leave the hotel. And said we could walk to hotel only 400 m. So we walked up and the road is on the way up to the hill for the whole 400 m. Can you imagin 2 small...
