"I waited 10 minutes in the lobby before anyone attended. I got to my room and took a shower. The shower drain was blocked causing the water to run out of the shower, into the bathroom and on to the bedroom. It was a mess. I had to use the towels to dam the water flow. Then my door wouldn’t lock. When I closed the door it could be opened by pushing g the door. I requested a room change but the desk clerk was reluctant to so to do. "The manager was absolutely outstanding and helpful on our arrival and then again on our departure-he went beyond the call of duty walking outside to give us directions as an example. Our room safe was not working properly when we arrived and a maintenance person showed up and fixed the problem in under 20 minutes Great location in the center of town. A nice terrace bar where we also had breakfast an added bonus"

"We had a room on the 4 th floor, windows were facing the city, it was spectacular view. Old fashioned door knobs, very neoclassical atmosphere with modern beds and bathrooms. It was very French ambiance. Maybe outside was not the best view when exiting the hotel but proximity to metra, trains no one can beat! Sound isolation is excellent, I never heard any outside noise."

"The property is quite convenient to the train and airport (the Rhone Express shuttle was easy and cost effective). The room was small and clean. Be prepared to walk 45 minutes or so (or take a bus) to the old town, cafes and shops. The area around the property is quite barren other than the train station and mall. The staff were very helpful and kind."
