Nice hotel

Nice hotel in the suburbs of Lyon. Staff helped me with the parking. Parking in tge garage does not have 2.1meters clearance. There are parking spaces outside. It is a bit tricky if you want to travel from the hotel to the city by public transport. Stations are close, but the area and the paths to that are not clean abd maintained. It might not feel safe at night.

Minimalist . No fridge, no microwave, no coffee machine in the room. Felt like in a student room on a campus. Felt unsafe. Area is scary. After business hours you have to walk all around the dealer store from the bus station in the dark.

Séjour agréable jusqu’à ce que mes voisins de chambre parlent en plein nuit comme s’il était midi! Le manque de respect a gâché mon séjour. Par contre excellent accueil et personnel très professionnel.

Chambre propre, tant que l'on ne regarde pas par la fenêtre. Personnel accueillant et sympathique. Le petit déjeuner manquait de diversité, pas de salé le 1er matin. La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. Plus de 200€ la nuitée, la prestation ne vaut pas ce prix.

Le lit était propre mais la chambre bof bof, avec pas mal de tâches sur le sol et les rideaux. La bonde du lavabo était bouchée. Heureusement que je n'avais pas à me doucher j'aurai eu un peu peur. J'ai payé le parking mais il n'y avait plus de place; j'ai donc du me garer sur une "non place", comme j'ai pu. Le petit déjeuner était honnête, avec très peu de choix mais suffisant. Le prix n'était pas très élevé mais pour autant je ne suis pas certain que le rapport qualité-prix soit très bon

Nous n’y retournerons pas. En arrivant le soir, nous avons trouvé un homme installé dans les escaliers avec son sac de couchage, visiblement SDF. Et le matin dérangé à plusieurs reprises par la femme de ménage qui se permet d’entrer dans la chambre bien avant l’heure du Check-out ! Ils faudrait veiller à la sécurité et au bien être des clients. Cependant les agents d’accueil sont très aimables, merci à eux.
