"This room was amazing. It was clean, the kitchen was perfect for a few days and a family of 4. I wish I would have thought to bring paper towels and some utensils to make it even better but it was so nice to have the space. The room was a corner upstairs room, was quiet and had great air flow from the outside (windows opened). Close to Santa Monica Pier and Downtown LA, however surrounding area immediately outside was a little sketchy at night. I never felt unsafe in the hotel, however. Parking is underground. Oh and the staff is phenomenal! I would recommend this hotel for families, and would absolutely stay here again. "
