"Clean, spacious apartment with easy parking and 10 minute walk to city center. Elevator was broken during the week that I stayed and would not access the 8th floor. I had to get off on the 9th and walk down. Not a major issue since I did not have a lot of luggage but may be an issue for other guests."

"Outstanding service levels and very convenient if you're going Cheshire Oaks or even Chester Zoo. Stayed with my family for 1 night and given it's a Holiday Inn, I have zero complaints and would definitely use this hotel again."

"Had such an amazing stay! The garden view room was beautifully decorated and the bed was honestly one of the comfiest I’ve ever slept in. The spa had everything you could need, and the outdoor jacuzzis were perfect—especially with drinks served right to you from the menu. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout. I’ll definitely be booking again soon!"

"Rooms clean, gym had everything for a usual gym goer, food was really good, but pricy but you get what you pay for.
Staff were polite, weren’t always present at the bar or on reception but when they were there they really friendly.
Rooms weren’t very soundproof but didn’t matter too much.
Jacuzzi was really nice. Overall, would reccomend and visit again. "

"Sadly nobody was around to check us in so we were waiting around in the lobby for a while trying to find a member of staff. When somebody finally arrived she was gruff and unwelcoming. The property and grounds are beautiful. "Well from the welcome to the last minute we could not fault this place. Location fantastic with great views of the River Dee. All the staff weee super friendly even the manager/owner! We checked in slightly early at 13:30pm, had a couple of drinks in the bar to then later on having evening meal all fab. Plenty of choice on the menu and delicious..
The rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. The shower super powerful. Sockets either side of the bed as well.
The breakfast was really good...

"Property on main road but still a very quiet location.
Staff very welcoming and rooms clean. Well maintained and adequate size.
Breakfast was included which was a bonus and was the usual uk buffet style. Staff were overworked and we had to wait for a table to be be cleaned as it was busy but this was quick.
Overall very good value for a nice hotel and would stay again if in the area."

"Very relaxing break at this lovely hotel&spa.The pool and spa facilities are 5 star -highly recommend.Showers very clean and pool and jacuzzi really good.
Things which were oddly missing:safes or mini fridges in the room.Was inconvenient carrying purses around Breakfast though lovely could do with more vegetarian options and fruit/yoghurts etc
Staff were lovely from Alison at reception to the staff at the Spa.I would give it a 5 star "
