Parking was great, staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast would be nice with some high fibre cereal options, but that is s personal preference. An esspresso machine would be great, but again a personalpreferance. Staff was lovely, food was fresh so no complaints.

We've stayed here with our volleyball team several times now and it's perfect for what we need. The girls love the breakfast and the rooms are spacious and thoughtfully laid out. The sink outside the bathroom is a nice touch for the girls and we find the fact that there are no indoor hallways keeps things quite a bit more quiet. Proximity to Metrotown is also a bonus and they are slowly renovating all the rooms so it's sure to get even better.

The room was clean. The staff was beyond excellent. Very friendly and courteous. We did request a playpen for our daughter which was provided. As with most play pens she would not have been able to sleep in it due to the cross bars but we did bring a travel bassinet too.
