"Front staff not welcoming. Housekeepers are sweet and friendly. Clean rooms and had a quiet stay. There is an indoor hot tub and pool, but did not get a chance to use."

Evergreen Lodge at Vail
"There was black mold in the windows which were difficult to open and close. The bathroom fan didn't work (which explains the mold). The shower didn't get hot. The sink drained very slowly. No working AC. I will never stay here again."
