"This is an older property. There are maintenance issues needing addressing; water leaking from shower, frayed Towels, ripped Sheets. All are easily addressed. The Staff are friendly & efficient. The Rate is very reasonable. I’m happy to stay again."

"This is a really nice relaxing place with big rooms and well back from the street so protected from the noise. Nice swimming pool and gym. It is a 10-minute drive to the old city and restaurants so a bit inconvenient. The breakfast was ordinary, with instant coffee, which is pretty low class."

"Stopped in here as part of a big motorcycle trip around Thailand. A little bit off the main road and away from the shopping area so its a good place to stay if you have your own vehicle. Super clean and friendly staff. Recommend "

"Equipment and furniture in the room were old. Front desk weren’t welcome because they were kind of ignore guests by taking to each other. However, the location was good and security guy was nice and welcoming."

The entire family is welcoming and so focused on making the stay not just enjoyable, but memorable. The grounds are unique, the history is phenomenal and the passion for what they have built makes the experience. Just wandering around on the property with the family is tremendous! The best meals we had in Phrae came from the Homestay. I wish we had more time to sample more of the amazing food. This is, by far, the greatest Homestay out there!
